A dog waiting eagerly for his pup cup at a Starbucks drive-thru has melted hearts across the internet.
TikTok user Mari Barri (@mari_barri0), from New Jersey, shared the sweet and slightly chaotic moment with her schnauzer, Georgie. In the video, Barri begins her order with a grande caramel macchiato with oat milk and a croissant—but before she can finish, Georgie starts to whine, clearly worried his treat is being forgotten.
“You’re making me look bad, keep your composure I know you’re excited,” Barri tells her impatient pup, who is seen making pleading puppy dog eyes and softly whimpering from the passenger seat.
The video has since gained 123,600 views and more than 8,400 likes on TikTok.
Barri captioned the clip: “This is Georgie & he is a Pup Cup addict and makes sure I don’t forget to order it!”
A “pup cup,” officially known as a puppuccino, is a small cup of whipped cream offered by Starbucks for dogs. It’s not on the regular menu, but most baristas are happy to hand one over if requested. The treat contains no caffeine or tea, just a simple dollop of whipped cream to delight a canine companion.
Georgie’s intense dedication to his Starbucks snack is, in fact, very on-brand for his breed.
Miniature schnauzers are known for their alertness, intelligence, and spirited personalities, according to the American Kennel Club.
TikTok users couldn’t get enough of his antics.

“The crying, whiny noise and the paw—so schnauzer,” said Louise.
“Mom. Don’t forget my pup cup. Mom. Mamaaaa. Myyyyy pup cuuuup. Ohp she said it. She said it!” added Heather.
“Omg mine would never be that good! He would be barking his fool head off,” commented Kristen.
“They are so smart, how he knew you did not order his pup cup yet. I just love his persistence. He was like, let me order, lol,” wrote Jenna.
“The audacity to not order the pup cup first,” said Sam.
“My mini schnauzer is the same way every time we go to Starbucks lol,” added Jeanette.
Clearly, Georgie is not the only pup who takes his Starbucks rituals very seriously.
