Toronto got creative when it came to marking Taylor Swift‘s imminent arrival, with Canada playing hosts to the final shows on the singer’s record-breaking Eras Tour.

The “Bad Blood” star is playing the first of six shows at the Rogers Center on November 14, and the stadium has prepared for the extravaganza with some bespoke decorations.

Outside, the Rogers Center has erected giant ‘friendship bracelets’ that read: “Taylor Swift The Eras Tour.” The singer’s fans have long exchanged handmade bracelets at her concerts, and they usually feature a person’s name or other details, along with other trinkets, such as beads, flowers, smiley faces or hearts.

The giant bracelets were first seen outside the stadiums of the New Orleans and Indianapolis legs of the Eras Tour last month and earlier in November.

A Swift fan account on X, formerly Twitter, posted a photo of the bracelets. “Toronto’s Rogers Centre and Indianapolis’ Lucas Oil Stadium have officially traded the giant friendship bracelet ahead of Taylor Swift’s ‘The Eras Tour’ in Toronto this week!” wrote @tswifterastour in the caption of the post. It went viral with more than 363,000 views at the time of writing.

Other Swifties—the name of the singer’s fan base—reacted to the photo in the replies of the post.

“I wish they started this earlier in tour I love it,” wrote @joehogan54.

“Love the Eras tour. it’s an complete roller coaster of emotions!” replied @jeon_cool_soul.

“So few + [positive] things in the world. What are we going to do when tour is over? I have tracked so many shows, watched grainy livestreams in the middle of the night, Disney+, traveled to another continent. Get that Taylor and team need a break- grateful for all the goodness,” added @Jennsteeveskiss.

Swift’s Eras Tour began in March 2023 and is the highest-grossing live music tour of all time. The singer said she would extend it by more than doubling the amount of shows in the schedule.

By the time she finishes, Swift will have performed the Eras Tour concert 149 times across five continents.

The bracelets outside the stadium in Toronto were just one of many examples of a city marking the arrival of the superstar musician.

Stockholm in Sweden was temporarily renamed “Swiftholm,” when she toured there in May this year, as was announced on the city’s website.

Even the home of the British Royal Family joined the tradition when Swift toured the U.K. in summer.

The military band at Buckingham Palace in London played her hit song “Shake It Off” at the Changing of the Guard ceremony in June, delighting Swifties worldwide.
