Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce have one of the most popular podcasts in the world, and while they usually talk about football, they have arguably their biggest guest ever. Pop superstar Taylor Swift joined “New Heights” to discuss her obsession with the NFL, buying her master recordings back, and far more.

Travis has stated that Swift has been obsessed with the game since they began dating, but the pop phenom dropped some knowledge during the beginning of the podcast episode.
Initially, Swift revealed that her friends thought she was crazy when she screamed that the Kansas City Chiefs drafted Xavier Worthy in 2024, and she even stated that she contacted Travis to let him know the team landed the fastest 40-yard dash runner in NFL Combine history.
Following her excitement and news about Worthy, Swift jumped right into naming different defensive coverages.
“We’re talking Cover 2, Cover 4, Cover 0, and we’re learning … I’m not ready to be an analyst right now, but give me 16 months,” Swift said with confidence.
While Swift was naming the covers, Travis was wholly impressed. He also quipped, “Name me somebody else that even knows what those coverages are.”

Swift began showing up at Chiefs games, much to the chagrin of NFL fans. Swift even took a shot at “male sports fans” during the intro to the podcast episode.

“As we all know. You guys have a lot of male sports fans that listen to your podcast, and um, I think we all know that if there’s one thing that male sports fans want to see in their spaces and on their screens, it’s more of me,” Swift stated.
Despite the fact that Swift is a global superstar, she continues to showcase her knowledge of football, and it appears she plans to learn far more. It does help that she is dating one of the best tight ends in the game, who can certainly answer questions that arise.
Even Jason stated that Swift was “asking great questions” during the time they were both in the suites during games.
While people might have had their fill of seeing Swift at football games, it appears that she is not going to stop learning and appearing at NFL events anytime soon.
