What To Know

Combs’ home is currently listed for sale at a price of $61,500,000. The property has been on the market since September 2024.

Combs purchased the 17,000-square-foot home in 2014 for $39,000,390.

The rapper and music mogul also has a mansion located in Miami Beach. The property, which has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, has an estimated value of $42,593,400, according to Zillow.

The highest recorded estimate for the home was $47 million in January and February 2023.

HSI also raided the Miami Beach property last year. The raids came after Combs’ former partner Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit against him, alleging years of abuse. The lawsuit was settled in November 2023 for $20 million, one day after it was filed.

Ventura is a key witness for prosecutors as they attempt to prove the charges against Combs. She delivered emotional testimony on Tuesday and Wednesday, going into detail about the alleged physical abuse and emotional manipulation.

“Whatever was going to make him not be angry at me and threatening me, I was willing to do,” Ventura said. “I just didn’t want to feel scared anymore.”

What People Are Saying

Ventura, during her testimony: “I can’t carry this anymore, the shame, the guilt, what’s right is right and what’s wrong is wrong.”

Defense attorney Teny Geragos, during the defense’s opening statement: “We will not shy away from the things he did, but we will not own the things he did not do. He is physical, he is a drug user, you may know of his love of baby oil. Is that a federal crime? No.”

What Happens Next

Witness testimony is ongoing in Combs’ trial, which is expected to last eight to 10 weeks. If convicted, he faces a life sentence.
