During a match where Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and Rey Fenix faced off against American Made, Mysterio was soon seen out of the ring pointing to his leg.
After his teammates checked on him, WWE staff soon tended to the legendary luchador. When the match ended, the staff members carried him backstage.
This could potentially be bad news since Mysterio is scheduled to wrestle El Grande Americano at WrestleMania 41 Night 1 in less than 24 hours.

At this moment, WWE has not made an official statement on whether Mysterio will be able to compete or not.
If he is unable to defend Lucha Libre against El Grande Americano, either Rey Fenix or Dragon Lee would be worthy substitutions.

Rey Mysterio is one of the most beloved wrestlers in the history of the business, making his debut in 1989. He soon became a staple with Asistencia AsesorÃa y Administración (AAA) in Mexico and Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) before making his debut in WCW.
In WCW, Mysterio was part of the critically acclaimed Cruiserweight division, featuring fellow legends like Juventud Guerrera, Eddie Guerrero, Dean Malenko, Chris Jericho, Psychosis, Ultimo Dragon, and Billy Kidman.
Mysterio would remain with WCW for five years before eventually making his debut with WWE in 2002.

Mysterio would quickly become one of the most popular baby faces in the company, partially due to his incredible in-ring style. He would spend a majority of his career taking down larger competitors and teaming up/feuding with the late Eddie Guerrero.
In this time with WWE, Mysterio would take home numerous accolades, including the World Heavyweight Championship. He also won the 2006 Royal Rumble, famously from the No. 2 position.
While Mysterio would spend some years away from WWE, he would eventually return triumphantly with a majority of his storylines revolving around his relationship with his son, Dominik Mysterio.
