Owner Has Hilarious Plan To Test Dogs’ Love—Internet Can’t Cope With Result

A woman decided to see how her two dogs would react if she suddenly fell and pretended to faint, and may not have got the reaction she was hoping for.

Taylor, who posts on TikTok under the username @themucciofamily, lives in North Carolina and owns two dogs: a chihuahua named Taco, and a much larger dog called Stitch.

She regularly posts about her pets to her TikTok account @themucciofamily, speaking about life with two vastly different-sized breeds and the antics they get up to together.

Now, a video shared on March 23 has racked up more than 2.3 million views, as she showed the difference in the dogs’ reactions when she pretended to faint.

In the clip, Taylor gently collapses on the kitchen floor, making sounds of pain for good measure, and then lies still—holding a burger in each hand.

And while Stitch stands over her protectively, looking confused but not trying to wake her, tiny Taco has a different approach.

Almost immediately, the chihuahua rushes over to her hand, grabs the burger, and runs to her bed, settling in for a snack, while Taylor remains motionless on the floor.

Stitch, to his credit, remains standing over his owner, watching her carefully. But Taco is tucking into the meal and appears ready to come back for the second burger in her other hand.

The video ends with Taco, belly full of burger, lying snuggled up for a nap, along with the words: “Sleeping good.”

TikTok users were in stitches, awarding the video more than 91,000 likes, as one joked: “The Chihuahua said if you’re dead you won’t be needing this!”

“The little one didn’t even let you hit the ground,” another laughed, as another declared: “All Chihuahuas are the same.”

One, however, pointed out that Taco didn’t eat the second burger, and said the dog had “considerately left the bigger piece for her sibling. Very mindful, very demure.”

Taylor checked how her dogs would react if she fainted while holding food, and her Chihuahua wasted no time.

Chihuahuas are among the smallest dog breed in the world, weighing only up to six pounds, and are known for their sassy nature, according to the American Kennel Club (AKC).

Despite their tiny size, they’re known to possess big-dog attitudes, and while they can be affectionate towards their favorite human, the breed may not suit small children.

As hundreds of commenters laughed at Taco’s antics, another praised big dog Stitch, writing: “What a sweet big baby.”

And Taylor agreed, replying to the comment and calling him a “Mommas boy.”
