NASCAR Legend Dale Earnhardt Jr. Makes Appearance At F1 Miami Grand Prix

NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Jr. shared that he is attending his first-ever Formula 1 race at the Miami Grand Prix. The Hall of Fame driver shared a photo with his view from the Hard Rock hospitality suite at Turn 11 of the Miami International Autodrome.

He shared during the countdown to the first American race of the year: “Our first @F1 event. Thanks @HardRockBet @redbullracing”

Earnhardt Jr., who retired from full-time NASCAR racing at the end of 2017, had revealed that he would attending his first F1 race in April. He commented, as reported by Forbes:

“I’ve never been to an F1 race. We got an invitation from the Red Bull folks and Hard Rock to come out there, so I think me and Amy are definitely going to do it. Never seen it before, so I know that’s a big deal.

“People tell me I’m not prepared for what I’m going to witness in terms of what a spectacle it is,” Earnhardt admitted. “So we’re excited.”

Earnhardt Jr.’s appearance at the 2025 Miami Grand Prix comes after he was announced as a brand ambassador for Hard Rock Digital, representing the Hard Rock Bet brand and Hard Rock Games’ social casino operations.

The connection to Red Bull Racing comes through Hard Rock International’s expanded partnership with the Milton Keynes-based outfit.

The Miami Grand Prix is set to take place today at 4 p.m. local time. Red Bull driver Max Verstappen will start from pole position with McLaren’s Lando Norris starting beside him from second.
