Marjorie Taylor Greene delivers message before House vote on Epstein files

Marjorie Taylor Greene issued a pointed message on Tuesday ahead of a high-stakes U.S. House vote on whether to release long-sealed Jeffrey Epstein documents.

“Tomorrow Congress will finally vote to release the Epstein files. This should have never been a fight. Raping teenage girls, trafficking victims, and protecting powerful people is not a hoax. I unapologetically and proudly stand with these women,” she wrote on X.

The House will hold a vote on Tuesday on whether to release all the Justice Department’s files related to the Epstein investigation. If carried, the bill would move to the Senate and then, potentially, to the president’s desk. Trump said on Monday that he would sign the legislation to release the files.

Greene has long supported releasing the files, but she has clashed with members of her party over the issue, including Trump, whose administration has spent months fighting the release of the files. But Trump appeared to reverse his stance on Monday, urging House Republicans to vote to release the files.

This is a developing story; updates to follow.
