Alexis Wilkins, a country music singer and partner of FBI Director Kash Patel, has filed a defamation suit against Sam Parker, a former U.S. Senate candidate in Utah, accusing him of suggesting in a series of social media posts that she could be a “honeypot” secretly working for Israeli intelligence.
“Defendant Samuel Parker has repeatedly lied about Alexis Wilkins, falsely asserting and suggesting that she—an American-born country singer—is an agent of a foreign government, assigned to manipulate and compromise the Director of the FBI,” Wilkins’ lawsuit, filed in federal court, says.
Parker is “using this fabricated story as fund-raising click-bait, and has spread it to over 1.3 million viewers,” the suit says. “Accordingly, Ms. Wilkins seeks to hold Defendant accountable for his malicious and knowing lies.”
Wilkins, from Tennessee, is seeking $5,000,000 in damages.
Parker describes himself on his “BasedSamParker” social media page as a “Neofederalist, America First Nationalist”.
