WWE is scheduled to bring the Elimination Chamber 2026 Premium Live Event to the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, on Saturday, February 28, 2026. This date marks the first WWE Premium Live Event to be held at the arena in more than three decades. However, fans who are hoping to secure a prime ringside seat may be in for a rude awakening due to the astronomical cost of premium seating.
According to Andrew Baydala, the pre-sale ticket prices for the highly anticipated event have already reached extreme levels. The report claims that off-center Row 1 seats were selling for approximately $5,180 each during the initial sale. The most shocking price point, however, belongs to the center ringside Row 1 On-Location package.

The exclusive package is reportedly priced at an eye-popping $32,500 per seat for the Premium Live Event. This pricing model is consistent with WWE’s current business strategy under the TKO Group Holdings umbrella. The company has deliberately shifted its focus toward securing high-end, high-dollar live experiences for attendees.
Since the TKO merger occurred in 2023, the average ticket prices for WWE’s major events have nearly doubled across the board. This revenue generation strategy prioritizes high-income ticketing over the previously established family-friendly pricing models. The Elimination Chamber event is being specifically treated as a full-scale WWE festival for the Chicago market.
The multi-show weekend begins with a SmackDown taping the night before on Friday, February 27. Internal discussions are also currently underway for other potential events, including showcase opportunities from NXT and AAA. This strategy is designed to give fans a comprehensive multi-show wrestling experience across the weekend.
The Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event will feature competitors from both the Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. The show is specifically centered around the Elimination Chamber match structure. This type of multi-person steel cage match typically features championships or future championship opportunities at stake.
The 2026 event is highly anticipated as it will mark the first WWE event of any kind held at the United Center since 2018. The last televised WWE event held at the venue was SummerSlam in August 1994, which was also the arena’s very first sports event. This event is a major stop on the road to WrestleMania 42, which is scheduled to take place on April 18 and 19, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
