Five new flavors will be a permanent fixture on the Krispy Kreme menu, and four are seasonally inspired, so they’ll only be around for a limited amount of time. Krispy Kreme plans to develop four new seasonal flavors, five times a year, to provide “donut lovers with even more flavors and choices.”
The five new permanent flavors are:
- Original Glazed Cake Donut: This blends the classic taste of a Krispy Kreme Original Glazed donut with the nostalgic flavor of an old-fashioned cake.
- Original Glazed Kreme Filled Donut: This is the signature Krispy Kreme Original Glazed donut, but filled with the classic light, fluffy, smooth, and creamy Kreme filling.
- New York Cheesecake Donut: This one, as the name suggests, is inspired by the flavors of the iconic New York Cheesecake. It’s unglazed, but it’s been dipped in vanilla icing, topped with golden graham crunch, and filled with cheesecake-flavored Kreme.
- OREO Cookies and Kreme Donut: This one is for people who like OREO cookies. It’s an unglazed donut, covered in chocolate icing, topped with real OREO cookie pieces (and a drizzle of vanilla icing), and filled with OREO cookies & cream-flavored Kreme.
- Cinnamon Apple Filled Donut: Another unglazed donut, but this one is filled with apple cinnamon Kreme and coated with cinnamon-flavored powder, giving it a sweet but spicy taste.
The four new seasonal flavors are:
- Biscoff Cookie Butter Kreme Donut: This one is unglazed, but filled with Biscoff cookie butter Kreme, dipped in Biscoff cookie butter, and then topped with Biscoff crumble and vanilla icing drizzle, which gives it the classic caramelized cookie taste, synonymous with Biscoff.
- Maple Iced Donut: A classic for this time of year, this one is an Original Glazed donut which has been dipped in maple-flavored icing.
- Chocolate Fudge Brownie Donut: This is an Original Glazed donut which has been generously topped with brownie batter—flavored buttercreme, brownie crunch, and rainbow sprinkles.
- Original Glazed Pumpkin Spice Cake Donut: This is an Original Glazed donut, but the glaze has been infused with pumpkin spice flavors.
