The Summer I Turned Pretty returns on Thursday, with the final season set to debut on Prime Video and finally wrap up an agonising three-year wait to discover which Fisher brother will win Belly’s heart.
To celebrate the deserving brother, we’ve compiled a list of the top ten best moments between Belly and Conrad throughout the seasons, and even ranked them.

10. Belly and Conrad’s First Meeting to “Lover”
Jenny Han let us know where Belly’s heart lies from episode one, introducing the chemistry between Belly and Conrad with a swoonworthy moment in front of the Cousins beach house to Taylor Swift‘s “Lover“. The short and sweet interaction saw the two lock eyes, with a playful back and forth, setting the tone for what was to come.
9. This Is 100% Your Look, Connie Baby
Of course, the iconic meme was going to make its way into the list. While it’s a brilliant line delivery from Lola Tung, it also shows the softer side to Belly and Conrad’s relationship, as Belly apologizes for everything that happened between them at Susannah’s funeral.
8. Conrad and Belly’s Debutante Dance
Here we have another Taylor Swift moment as Conrad sees Belly left alone in the middle of the dance floor at the debutante dance. He comes to the rescue (as he always does) and joins Belly for the dance.
7. Conrad Apologizes
Season two, episode seven saw Belly and Conrad come face to face in a moment after the party, where Conrad apologizes to Belly for the way he handled their break-up. Conrad confesses that he is scared Belly will regret what happened between them, and Belly assures him that it would never be the case. It’s a sad but sweet moment, and it shows the two of them at their best: when they’re communicating.
6. Sour Patch Kids
From sweet Conrad to petty Conrad. We know this Fisher brother is a softy, but he also has a little spice, and this scene shows it off perfectly. On a rainy drive, Conrad’s already being a petty queen from the backseat, but he amps up the heat at the gas station by taking a swing at Jeremiah’s choice of sweet treat for Belly.
5. The Infinity Necklace
Back to sweet Conrad. In this scene, Belly gets a text from Conrad to meet him outside where he’s waiting to give her back the infinity necklace he bought for her. It’s a tearjerker of a scene, but Conrad confides in Belly that he doesn’t want to lose her… but is it too late?
4. “You Have a Crush on Me?”
In a rare moment where Belly and Conrad are together and happy, they’re wandering through the woods, giddy and excited to be in one another’s company. However, the moment is momentarily quietened by Belly admitting that Jeremiah and she had kissed after he told her he had feelings for her. However, Belly and Conrad navigate the moment with grace, excited to be together in this new chapter.
3. First Kiss
Season one, episode seven gave us the first Belly and Conrad kiss. We waited a whole season for it, but it was worth the wait.
2. The Fireplace
Once again soundtracked by Taylor Swift, we see Belly and Conrad spend an intimate night together in Cousins. After dancing in the snow on the beach, they return to the house to warm up, and we see them tell one another how they feel and take a huge step in their relationship.
1. “I Thought You Knew”
Okay, perhaps the fireplace scene really should be up here at number one, but the most memorable and well-quoted scene takes the top spot. After throwing a party at the house, Conrad finds Belly drunk on the beach, and they get into an argument. It’s one of the most raw and real scenes between the two, where a million unspoken feelings tumble out, ending with Taylor Swift’s “Snow On The Beach”.
