The USWNT came out firing in the second half as Yazmeen Ryan scored in the 66th minute, then Alyssa Thompson capped things off in the 86th minute with the team’s fourth goal.
The United States had 25 shots to just three from Ireland and had a 10-0 advantage over Ireland in shots on target. It was a master class for the USWNT.
Canada is also looking to extend their winning streak after winning three in a row, beating Haiti twice in that span, with a 4-1 win and a 3-1 win. The team defeated Costa Rica 4-1 in its most recent friendly.
These two sides last met in April 2024 in the SheBelieves Cup final. After drawing 2-2, the game went to penalties. The USWNT took the penalties 5-4, capped off by a make from Emily Fox.
