The RBC Heritage is the next stop on the 2025 PGA Tour season, and all eyes in the golf world are on Hilton Head. After a lively week at Augusta National, everyone is expecting good golf to continue with a stacked field for the next Signature Event of the season.
Scottie Scheffler is once again the favorite to win the tournament, with odds of +360 at FanDuel. The World No. 1 is the defending champion of the RBC Heritage and was in complete control of the course a year ago, holding a three-stroke lead over runner-up Sahith Theegala.
Farther out in the distance, Collin Morikawa trails Scheffler in the tournament odds, according to FanDuel (+1100). Morikawa is looking for his first win since 2023, but has four runner-up finishes since then. He comes to Harbour Town Golf Links off a tie for 14th at Augusta National.
Ludvig Aberg (+1200) is also among the top favorites. The Swede is coming off a top-10 finish (7th) at the Masters for the second time in his career in as many starts. He is in the midst of an up-and-down season in which he has one win but also two missed cuts.

RBC Heritage 2025 Predictions
Newly crowned Masters champion Rory McIlroy will be the only top player missing from the RBC Heritage. As a result, it is safe to predict that this will be a high-profile competition.
First round leader: Justin Thomas (+2500)
Justin Thomas may not have finished high in the Masters Tournament (T36, 2-over), but he has been knocking on the door of a big finish all season. He has two runner-up finishes and two other top 10s in nine tournaments.
A year ago, he tied for 5th at the RBC Heritage despite being in the midst of a nasty slump, which speaks volumes about his chances in Harbour Town.
It’s not hard to see him as a 1st round leader and more.
Top 10: Justin Rose (+500)
The illustrious veteran, Justin Rose, proved he still has a lot to say in professional golf a week ago when he backed Rory Mcilroy against the wall in his quest to finally wear the green jacket.
Rose’s runner-up finish at the Masters was his third top-10 finish of the season, so his chances of keeping the golfing momentum going look solid.
FanDuel agrees and has him at +500 to finish in the top 10, even ahead of current season tournament winners Nick Taylor (+750), Thomas Detry (+800), and Joe Highsmith (+1000).
Winner: Scottie Scheffler (+360)
Yes, Scheffler has been the odds-on favorite to win every tournament he has entered this season and has yet to win a single one. But it is also true that he has looked in better shape with each passing week, and Hilton Head could be the perfect scenario for him to win his first tournament of the season.
There is a reason he is such a prohibitive favorite over the field. Not only is Scheffler coming off a fourth-place finish at the Masters Tournament, but in his two previous experiences at the RBC Heritage, he has finished T11 and Champion.
Betting on him to win is nothing but a must.
