Trish Stratus will be inducted into the International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame (IPWHF) class of 2025.
Stratus debuted in WWE (then WWF) in 2000. Initially, she was involved in managerial roles, including a pairing with Test and Albert during the Attitude Era. However, she quickly transitioned into an in-ring competitor. She played a pivotal role in the evolution of women’s wrestling.
Stratus is a seven-time WWE Women’s Champion, which is a testament to her dominance in the division. She had legendary feuds with the likes of Lita, Victoria, Mickie James, and Becky Lynch. Due to her accomplishments in wrestling and the impact she had on the industry, she is widely regarded as one of the greatest female wrestlers of all time.
Stratus was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013. Even after her initial retirement, she has made several returns to WWE, being part of significant matches and storylines.
The announcement was made on Busted Open Radio on Wednesday. This accolade highlights Stratus’s 25-year career and her role as a trailblazer for women in professional wrestling. Stratus joins a prestigious list of inductees, including Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Kurt Angle.

I share this honor with them. Stratusfaction, accomplished!”
The IPWHF recognizes Stratus’s significant contributions to the industry, including her historic 448-day reign as WWE Women’s Champion. Trish Stratus is scheduled to team up with Tiffany Stratton to face Nia Jax and Candice LeRae at the WWE Elimination Chamber on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from Toronto at the Rogers Centre.
The induction ceremony will take place on October 12th, 2025, at the IPWHF museum in Albany, NY.
